RenpropCONNECT powered by ConnectLIVING is a NEW MOBILE APP that is focused on simplifying communication with the Renprop Estate Team. Please log all queries using the NEW APP for the team to address them timeously.

Please follow all of the below guidelines for installing and using the app:

You will receive push down feedback notifications from the Renprop Estate Team. Please ensure you have provided that you have enabled the “push down notification” under your settings.

DOWNLOAD THE APP NOW:

  1. Using your smart phone, go to your App Store (Apple Store or Google Play Store)

  2. Search for ConnectLIVING

  3. Download the application

  4. Open the application and look for your complex name

  5. Sign up by follow the prompts

  6. Ensure your PUSH NOTIFICATIONS are ON

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS:

Push Notifications are a vital component of Renprop’s ConnectLIVING platform. We often send you push notices to alert you of any news or updates that are relevant to you and your building. We urge you to make sure the following settings have been applied to your devices so that you aren't kept out of the loop.

  1. Turn on cellular data

  2. Turn on push notifications

  3. Turn on background refresh

Settings on iOS / Apple

TURN ON CELLULAR DATA

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Tap Cellular or Mobile Data. (If you're using an iPad, you might see Settings > Cellular Data.

  3. Depending on your carrier and device, you might have additional options listed under Cellular Data Options: eg LTE, 3G or 4G.

  4. Tap Enable


TURN ON PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Scroll down to find the “ConnectLIVING” app and select it

  3. Tap Notifications and enable Notifications to show on Lock Screen so that it comes up like a WhatsApp message even if the phone is locked. You can choose to “Show in History” or “Show as Banners”

Settings on Android / Samsung / Huawei

TURN ON CELLULAR DATA

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Tap Mobile Data

  3. Tap the "Mobile data" slider. This will toggle your mobile data ON. (On older versions of Android, check the "Data enabled" box.)


TURN ON PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Apps

  3. Find ConnectLIVING

  4. Select Notifications

  5. Tap the Allow Notifications slider (or click on box)
